Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not collect your name, phone number, or payment card details directly. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe.

Scoreboard data. We store the content you create: scoreboard names, descriptions, player names, game results, and dates. This data is associated with your account.

Usage data. Our hosting infrastructure may log standard server request data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and operational purposes. We do not use this data for advertising.

We use the information we collect solely to operate and improve the service: to authenticate your account, to store and serve your scoreboards, to process payments via Stripe, and to respond to support enquiries.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Supabase. We use Supabase for database storage and authentication. Your data is stored on Supabase-managed infrastructure. Supabase's privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy.

Stripe. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

Vercel. The application is hosted on Vercel, which may process request metadata as part of serving the site. Vercel's privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Each scoreboard can optionally be shared via a public link. If you share a link, anyone with that link can view the scoreboard's standings and history without an account. No personal account information is exposed through share links.

You can stop sharing at any time by disabling the share link from within the app (feature coming soon) or by deleting the scoreboard.

We retain your account and scoreboard data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@eternalscoreboard.app. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are based in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

Eternal Scoreboard is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
